Delivery & Returns Policy


Before you purchase your products make sure to disclose an address in which someone is available to sign for your parcel upon delivery. 

All Flairs parcels are sent through Royal Mail in whichever method is desired, first or Second class. Typically, in normal circumstances Royal Mail will deliver items within 2-5 days. 

Flair will dispatch deliveries on Mondays and Thursdays. 

However, orders can also be collected from the salon through Monday to Friday. Please contact Flair via Instagram, Phone or Message before ordering if you wish to Collect items directly.

I fully stand by any products I sell. However, I understand circumstances change and if for whatever reason you would like to return your items please contact Flair. You will be entitled to a full refund within seven days if products remain intact within their packaging, sealed and unopened. Please note that products must remain the same condition in which they were sent. Please note a credit note can be offered, do not hesitate to contact us. 

Finally, if you wish to return your products unfortunately we will not cover the expense of returns. Sorry for any inconvenience.
